The prices include:

All prices are listed in EUR per person or room (unless otherwise stated) and include applicable VAT and city taxes.

Room bookings include clean linen and towels.

Holiday house options are available with or without linen and cleaning services, as indicated on the pricelist.

The wilderness hut is available for rent only. You can select additional services separately, as per the pricelist.

Accommodation in rooms or holiday houses includes:

Use of sauna (self-heated following the provided instructions)

Access to/use of an outdoor fireplace and beachside hut

One shared rowing boat on the lake

These amenities are shared and intended for short-term use by guests.

Guided excursion prices include transfers and equipment.

The prices don´t include:

Beverages are not included in meal prices and are sold separately.

Prices do not cover personal licenses (e.g., for fishing in certain areas or with specific gear)

Additional charges may apply for special events, such as concerts or museum exhibitions, if they exceed regular entrance fees.

Discounts

Children under 3 years stay, eat, and enjoy life for free.

Children aged 3–11 receive: 50% discount on accommodation, 30–70% discount on meals. Policies of external service providers may vary.

For B2B sales, group bookings, or stays longer than 7 days, please contact us by email.

Surcharges

Activity prices are per person, based on a minimum of two full-paying participants.

Solo travelers or adults traveling with one child may request guided excursions; a 50% surcharge applies.

Policies may differ with external service providers.

Special dietary requirements may incur a surcharge.
